1.     Summarize

Temperature and pressure compensation flow integrating instrument for XSJB series take advantages of digital technology and software technology in the design of intelligent instrument, suitable for saturated steam and superheated steam flow measurement to compare accurate temperature and pressure compensation . Within a certain range accuracy , it can be for the average gas and natural gas flow measurement of temperature and pressure compensation. If you need, it also can be used for hot water flow measurement for temperature compensation. The instrument has the following features:

1)      This instrument has the function of compensation calculation for fluid temperature and pressure changes .Instrument at the same time has three input flow, pressure and temperature, the bad influence on the measured results about compensation of temperature and pressure changes can be greatly reduced by the operation.

2)      A variety of signal input: current, voltage, pulse, thermocouple, heat resistance and users special requirements .

3)       Error less than 0.2% F.S and have calibration and digital filter function , can help reduce the error of sensors, transmitters, measurement and control precision of the system effectively.

4)      2 alarm output. Through parameter selection for the temperature, pressure, no compensation transient flow rate and  compensation transient flow ,to set the upper or lower limit alarm. Setting alarm sensitivity independently.

5)      1 road analog output .It can choose output temperature, pressure, not compensation instantaneous flow (flow meter input) or compensation after the instantaneous flow rate by the parameter compensation.

6)      Transparent, high-speed and efficient network communication interface, to realize complete data transmission and control between computer and instrument .Exclusive control of the transfer function of computer can directly control instrument alarm output and analog output. Reading  a measured data of time less than 10 ms, providing test software,  which can provide the technical support of configuration software and application software.

7)      With the hardware clock to print interface and the printing unit, to realize manual, timing, alarm, print function, if equipped with intelligent printing unit, it can also share a printer with more instruments.

8)      Outage record function can record total outage time, power frequency and real time of the last eight power outages and electricity.
